Some humans believe that today is a special day when all the nasty things from bad places come out after dark to haunt people – and a lot of humans pretend to believe that just so they can dress up in silly costumes and have some fun! 
Er...can I still say "woof"?
My humans are too busy to dress me up this year (thank God!) but I did have to dress up last year when we took part in a parade. Hsin-Yi decided that I would make a great lion, because of my colour and my size, so I had to walk around with a silly wig!

There were lots of little children watching the parade and they all thought I was a real lion!

I was taking part in the parade with other members of the Great Dane Club – Auckland, so there were other Danes there who also had to wear silly costumes! Here is me with Digby, who was dressed up as a reindeer…

Too bad your hoomans are too busy to dress you up this year but you looked like a kool lion last year! And your Hsin Yi looked great in her jungle girl costume. Matching! The parade really looked like sooper fun. Hope you had a blast! Oh & yeah, my Mommy says your Hsin Yi is very pretty. And she says you both look great together simply becoz you're a big size dog & she's a girl handling you. Catches people's eyes!
