My human, Hsin-Yi, found this wonderful, funny video called “Simon’s Cat” which she thinks is just so true! If any of you (or your humans) have ever lived with a kitty, you will really enjoy this!
And I have also been honoured with more blog awards!
First, from Mango the Mastiff - here is the Kreativ Blogger Award. Thank you, Mango!
The rules are, you have to link to the blog that gave you this award and then list 7 things that you love and then pass this award on to 7 blogs that you love!
OK, well – here are 7 things that I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE!
1) Playing football

Muriwai Beach, West Coast, Auckland
2) Doing Yoga

3) Getting an ice-cream!

Special treat at Mission Bay!
4) Playing tug

Long Bay, Auckland
5) Rolling in something really stinky!

(check out the drool!)
6) Playing dress-up

um...can I still say woof?
7) Sunbathing…

Now, it’s really hard to choose 7 blogs that I love since I love all your blogs!! So what I’m going to do is pass this award onto the earliest blog friends that I made when I first started blogging – these were the lovely doggies who were so friendly and welcoming to me when I was new in Blogland. They are:
- Dino the Golden Retriever - the dog who introduced me to blogging!
- Mango the Maltese Kiddo
- Amber-Mae the Solid Gold Dancer
- Pipa in Portugal
- Happy the Silky Terrier
- Paco & Milo in Italy
- Chef the Boxer
- Ruby Isabella in Brisbane, Australia
- Dakotah and Maika the Canadian Akitas
- there was also Luna the Great Dane but as I have just given her an award recently, I thought she wouldn’t mind if I gave this one to other doggies!
I also got a lovely award from Scotty the English Pointer. Thank you, Scotty! For this award, I have to tell everyone why I love blogging:
Well, I just LOVE blogging because I make so many friends from around the world and it is so interesting to learn all about your families and your adventures in the different places you live. It is also so nice to have friends to share my own adventures and photos & videos with and talk about all things doggie! Although I don’t live with any other doggie – I now feel like I am part of a great, big, wonderful, international family!
- and I would like to pass this award onto:
- Daisy the Curly Cat
- Khyra’s Corner
- Golden Sammie
- Pu in Portugal
- Niamh the Gordon Setter
- Holly & Zac the Border Collies
- Mason Dixie
- Gennasus Papillons
- Jan’s Funny Farm
- Daphne & Pruette (GSD Adventures)
- Thor in Brazil
- Suzuki in Western Australia
- The Four Musketeers
Please tell us why you love blogging too!
Next, I got the Pawsome Blog Award from Nala the Ridgeback. Thanks Nala!
Again, it’s really hard to choose ‘coz I think all your blogs are pawesome in different ways!
But since I have to pick a few, here are SOME of my favourites:
(of course, Nala is one of them but I can’t give the award back to her!
)
- DizzyMum (Aussie in Auckland) – this lovely human has come with her family from Australia to live in New Zealand and she tells lots of funny stories about their new life in ‘Middle Earth’!
- Dughallmore Beagles
- Tibby in New York
- Momo & Pino the Cavaliers in Toronto
- Homer in Holland
- Gus & Waldo
- Mango the Mastiff
- Chow Chow in Singapore (so glad you’re back!)
And finally, I also got the ‘Sweet Stamp Award’ from Thor in Brazil - thank you so much, Thor!
And the Proximidade Award from Dozer the Pitbull - thanks Dozer!
I ‘d like to give these awards to the newest blog friends I made recently:
- Tank the Pit Bull
- Miss Kylie
- The OP Pack
- Rufus & Indie – Double Woof!
- Sheba in Africa
- Mona the Rescue Dachshund
Whew! I’ll need more shelfspace for all my awards!!
I’m sorry – I tried to include everybody from my friend’s list but I know I must have missed some of you – I didn’t do it on purpose! I really love all your blogs so please do take any of the awards if you like them!

Your favourite things are brilliant!!
Congrats on so many awards!! xxxx
Honey,
My oldest kitty brother is just like Simon’s Cat! His name is Troubles and he’ll be 15 soon. Every morning when he wants to eat he hits the door stopper in momma & dad’s bedroom. It goes “boiinnggg” and wakes the whole house up! I hate it so much when he does it cause I’m sleeping! If only kitties came with a snooze button.
woof!
Thank you so much Honey! We’ll put up the award with our response and pass it along. Thanks for thinking of us!!!!

Congrats on all your awards! You look so happy doing all of your favorite things! Thanks so much for thinking of me for the pawsome award! I will post about it soon!
Hi Honey,
Congratulations on so many awards!
Yesterday our mum went to Animalia and got lamb brisket bones for us! She found that they also sell K9 Natural frozen raw dog food, which we usually eat, but she didn’t buy it there as she knows another shop which sells the same product at a lower price. She also went to a butcher to get some more bones. Now we have so many bones in our fridge and freezer!! What could make us happier than this?
Have a great weekend!!
Hi Honey
We loved the Simon video. Mom says Chester will bug her all night long if she forgets to fill up his bowl before going to bed.
Congrats on all your awards.
Love Ruby & Penny
Rraaaarrrr! What a very cool post Honey! First up, we love Simon’s cat too (infact we have Cat-man-do scheduled for our Wordless Wednesday post…nevermind!) Thes little films are SO funny

Secondly….congratulations on your many awards, you’ll have to enlarge your mantelpiece…and thanks so much for thinking of us with the Pawsome Award, it was sweet of you, we’ll put it in our cabinet and add your name too.
LOVE all your “Love” stuff, especially the yoga, which is hilarious….and of course the lion, strangely, you suit a mane…very cool!
Happy Anzac Day and have a great weekend
Slobbers xx
Hi Honey,
We love your yoga pose and we think Paul’s got nice legs!
Love,
Homer
PS: Thanks for the award. I will blog about it soon (when my humans have time to help me to type.)
You yoga picture is great Honey!
It made me smile. My Mom did some yoga moves with her Kindergarten kids yesterday. They had been sitting on the floor for awhile and needed to get some wiggles out so she had them do some fun kid-like yoga.
They thought it was quite comical.
Hello Honey!!! Congrats on the awards and thank you for passing it onto us!!!
We love your 7 things you LOVE-Love-Love list and the photos!! (Oh yes, we enlarged the photo to check out the drooooooool!!
) You look super cool when you do yoga pose!
Thank you for giving a good tip to our humans. We love the idea of finding the treats in the house. (we don’t have a garden.)
Have a pawsome weekend!
Momo & Pinot
Congrat´s for the photos
hugs and kisses from kikos world
Almost forgot to respond at your blog.
That’s brilliant. Jackal knows the release word I just never thought of giving it as I click! The reason I’m still clicking is because we’re working on doing it with the new hand signals, but I will start fading it out because he is pretty dependent on treats.
Jackal: I was trying to learn cross paws, but we were having such a difficult time that we stopped. After seeing the video Mom wants to try again, but we just haven’t done it because we are focusing on the pivoting. I don’t multitask well so Mommy sticks with one thing at a time. Have you tried using a target stick for targeting your dinner plate paws? It would keep your Mommy’s hands further away from the target object. Let me know if that helps. I’ll keep thinking. Thanks for you help!
Hey thanks for the award Honey! I think you are Pawsome too! My daughter loves the photo of you doing yoga!
You are one big hunk of dog Honey!! JD & Max sent me over & I think you’re gorgeous!!
