Oooh! My “Paw It Forward” parcel arrived from Gennasus Papillons yesterday – all the way from a far, far away place called Scotland!
I was so excited – I just couldn’t wait to open it!

Gotcha!

Grrr...open up!

You're not getting away from me...!

A-Ha!
Mmm – there were SO many yummy things inside! Treats for me and even treats for my humans!

Look at my yummies!
I was drooling so much that my human felt sorry for me and gave me some right away…tee! hee!

Mmm...ta very much!
(Hsin-Yi also decided to give herself one of those yummy human treats right away too!
They were Coconut & Treacle Oat Biscuits and Hsin-Yi says they are absolutely DELICIOUS!! They remind her of her lovely holiday in Scotland when she and Paul were still living in that faraway place called the UK.)
But enough about treats! There was more in the parcel – guess what? I also got a Wild Hairy Haggis!!!!!!! He sure was wild – he popped out of the parcel and immediately tried to escape but I found my inner boarhound and I hunted him down!

Raaaaarrr!!
Got him!

Don't move...or I'll slobber you!
Well, after all that opening parcels and treat-eating and hunting, I was exhausted! Time for a snooze maybe…hmm, but making sure that I keep a tight paw on Wild Hairy Haggis…don’t want him escaping again!

You're not going anywhere...
There was also a beautiful little hand-knitted chicken containing 2 tiny little chocolate eggs…so cute! And a lovely card from all the Gennasus gang. Thank you so much Jana, Teasel, Hebe, Roa, Gypsy, Louis, Pansy, Desmond, Kismet, Sheila, Mavid, Mildred, Maud, Hilda and Doris!

Paw It Forward from the Gennasus gang! (Wild Hair Haggis escaped from this photo...)
OK, so the rules of “Paw It Forward” are:
“The exchange focuses on doing an act of kindness without expecting anything in return other than that the recipient will, in their turn, pass the kindness along and ‘paw it forward’ in their own way. This is how it works…we are going to agree to send something fun, inspiring or uplifting to the first 3 blog owners who post a comment on this entry. In turn you will then post about this on your blog, link to us, then send something to the first three people who sign up to play along through your blog. There are no cost restraints, BUT don’t go crazy! The little something you send can be something you made, bought, were given or found. No biggie, just a gift that will make the person smile. Maybe something unique from where you live? And, remember that kindness doesn’t have to involve money; there are untold ways to help others every single day, everywhere you go – just look around.” SO PAW IT FORWARD…
So if you would like to take part in this game, then please say so clearly in your comment and I will ’paw it forward’ to the first 3 people who say they want to join in - please send me your email and physical address through the Contact Honey page.

Finally, my friends Boxen & Bella the Boxers have given me this lovely award:
I am so touched – what a lovely thing to receive!
Please do go over to Boxen & Bella’s blog to say hello to them – they are new to blogging and don’t have many bloggie friends yet. I remember when I first started and didn’t know many people – it can get awfully lonely! So please do go over and say hello!

PeeEssWoo: Please pawmail me to let me know!
I like your mini stuffie. I am a fan of small toys too but Momma always puts them away when she isn't home.
You certainly opened your package with great vigor.

Hi Honey,
Is there a place left for us to play “Paw it Furward’? It sounds like fun!
Opening a parcel is always exciting. As we cannot read names on the package, we don't know what's inside until it is opened. But, when a nice smelling parcel arrived this week, we immediately knew what was inside. It was dried veal and lamb ears
Cookie and Cinnamon
P.S. Thank you for telling us how to learn to sleep in our own beds in our humans' bedroom. Our humans might try it on the next long holiday.
We're so pleased that your parcel arrived safely. What a great job you did capturing that wild haggis! Just keep your eye on it……they can be tricky creatures!
How exciting…but it looks like those gifts wore you out…time for another nap:)
aw Honey, I loved the piccures of you opening your parcel and playing with your haggis. Good hunting skills!!
Hi Honey -- what a lucky girl you are, those look like seriously fun presents! We love the haggis -- that action photo of you playing with it and the shot of you keeping it under close scrutiny under your paw are terrific, your human is so talented with the flashy box. Oh -- and that knitted hen is adorable, our human has one that she keeps a bar of soap in. Tail wags -- JD and Max.
PS -- sorry -- that last post was from us really……he he he!!!
Hi Honey!

Honey, you made me laugh opening up your presents.
And then catching your Haggis creature.
Cute flopped back ears and love the one of you protecting your haggis while you sleep.

You got some wonderful loot, Honey! And I think Wild Hairy Haggis looks like a very good new friend and playmate.
oh what fun! Looks like you received some very yummy treats. New toys are so much fun too! New toys are the best once they are covered with great dane slobber, he he!
Has your human ever had to buy a toy from a pet store because you "accidently" slobbered all over it?

My sister in Scotland gets my Doberman the Haggis and she LOVES it.
