Jack learned the sneeze trick with clicker training. Sometimes when he gets really excited he sneezes, so we just captured it with a click (After he learned what clicks meant -- we used the box game to teach him to try new things to earn clicks). Then we stuck a command to it, and voila, a sneeze command.
