We do love hearing from you but as we receive LOTS of messages every day and my human can only help me reply in her spare time, it may be a while before we can get back to you.

* Sorry – due to the huge volume of training questions we receive - plus getting fed-up with rude people treating me like some free online training consultancy – and then not even acknowledging my long detailed responses with a simple ‘Thank you’ (one man sent a one-line message saying “How do I get my dog to heel?” (no greeting, introduction or thanks) – followed the next week by: “Are you going to answer me or not?”!!

- I have decided not to reply to questions individually anymore but instead will be publishing my replies on Honey’s blog, so that the information is available to everyone. Rather than me handing people information on a plate which they don’t seem to appreciate, they will have to make the effort to come and follow Honey’s blog for their answers.
So keep an eye out on Honey’s blog for the new series of “Ask Honey” posts - I will try to post an answer to a new question as often as I can.
